Step 1 — write to us directly

Step 2 — escalate to the AMC

If your concern relates to a specific scheme or transaction and remains unresolved, you may also write directly to the Investor Relations / Grievance cell of the relevant Asset Management Company; contact details are published on each AMC's website and on your account statement.

Step 3 — AMFI

If the matter remains unresolved, you may write to the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) at their published grievance contact, quoting our AMFI Registration Number (ARN-45013).

Step 4 — SEBI SCORES & SMART ODR

If you are not satisfied with the resolution at the above stages, you may lodge a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through the SCORES portal, or initiate online dispute resolution through the SMART ODR portal:

Turnaround time

We aim to acknowledge every written grievance within 2 working days and resolve it, or provide a clear update, within 15 working days — in line with the timelines expected of AMFI-registered distributors.

Cyber fraud & impersonation

We will never ask for your password, OTP, net-banking credentials, card PIN or CVV, and will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for these, please do not share them, and report it immediately to chhabra05mukesh@gmail.com, to the national cybercrime portal at cybercrime.gov.in, or by calling the cybercrime helpline, 1930.

Still need help?

Write to us and we'll personally follow up on your concern.
